3. If the cord or seal holding the hair together is cut, broken, untied or has been untied we will not accept to do any exchange nor refund because of our high hygiene requirements.

The cost of money transfer, shipping and handling will be at the expense of the customer therefore we advise that if you must do an exchange or refund, please do send it through a courier that can give you tracking information and confirmation of delivery as we will not be responsible for packages that may get lost.
