Reach out and keep yourself safe this Christmas.

We know only too well that this time of year can bring tensions, anxiety and undue stress.

There are so many good groups that have come together over the past five years locally os please reach out.

You thoughts may say you are not enough, you are a burden on others and no-one can help. The truth is our thoughts are not necessarily our friends at times. The science and art that is mental health treatment pshows this.

Just do the maths, 100 billion plus neurons, synapse, dendrites, axoms, etc times anywhere between 40,000 - 60,000 thoughts a day firing through the biggest natural super computing machine ... all designed to keep you alive for millenia ... its not all 1s and 0s, this misfire, our thoughts are based on many attributes that are not necessarily accurate even though they feel so real ... THEY LIE to us.

Love and support this wonderful and fearfil time of year.
