Want to know where Shopmobility is?
Here is our customer coming back with our scooter.
We are situated on the 3rd level of Q park Strand Street car park, which is ground level, for easy access to the shops for our customers.
The entrance to the car park is next door to Byron's Burger restaurant (used to be Bill's cafe), underneath the Bier Keller.
We are opposite the Royal Albert Dock.
We are diagonally opposite the Hilton hotel.
We are near the upside down house on Thomas Steers Way.
We are opposite John Lewis Department store.
Would you like to hire our equipment?
Please bring 2 forms of identification with you on your first visit to our shop. One should be as proof of current address, and the other should be photographic. Your identification will be photocopied and handed back to you.
Identification Examples
Photographic - bus pass or passport or driving license.
Current address - driving license (if it has your address on it), or letter or prescription or utility bill.
All new customers must have a short "driving test" on our premises in line with Health and Safety regulations.
