Just a little update from me: I have now finished university, so there are updates to the services I provide.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching:
Basic Package: £40 per session or £220 for a block of 6 appointments

Premium Package: £50 per session or £270 for a block of 6 appointments, including additional follow-up support via email or a personalised meal plan

Nutrition Guides - £25 each

Meal Planning Services - £35 per plan

Group Workshops - Coming Soon!
