don't mind counting calories, it's no good ..and a little sad, a pointless obsession,
if you are a healthy person trying to eat a balanced diet and lose weight, all you need is to exercise, do what you like, from cycling to running or going to the gym, exercise at home or play your favorite sport.
eat lots of vegetables, fruit, legumes but above all fibre!
limit your intake of sugars, not too many processed carbohydrates and limit your meat consumption for the environment and for your health.
