A glimpse of a Wednesday evening at the sauna ✨

A real treat for the senses, the sunlight shimmering on the lake, the waves lapping by. The crackling of the wood-fired stove and wood smells filling the air. Steam rising, heat enveloping you and for a little while, nowhere else to be.

thanks for capturing this moment so beautifully🔥

Some thoughts from us on this stormy World Mental Health day.

A sauna won’t solve all your problems, and we would never pretend otherwise. But sometimes, the best thing you can do for yourself is create a little bit of space.

A chance to step away from the noise, quiet the overthinking, put your phone down, take a deep breath and just be.

For a little while, you don’t have to figure everything out, make any decisions or have all the answers. You can simply be present, feel the warmth and give yourself permission to switch off.

Your mental health deserves care, not just today, but every day 🧡

Sometimes, you don’t need to fix everything. You just need a moment to breathe.

🔥 Take a little time for yourself. You deserve it.

What a treat it was to be guided through the elements in the sauna with Sammy on a stormy Friday evening, using steam, essential oils and oak whisks to elevate the experience ✨

A beautiful evening of slowing down, switching off and embracing the elements, made even more special by sharing the experience with such lovely people.

Hopefully the first of many of these events for us… watch this space! 👀🔥

Not ideal for summer, but this is definitely our fave sauna weather. Nothing like enjoying an hour listening to the wind and watching the water 🙌
