Here’s everything you need to know about weight loss meds🫃💉

🤔 Is it “cheating”?
🙅‍♂️ No
🧠 Some people actually need it (ex athletes, extreme ED’s etc)

🤔 Is it safe?
💁‍♂️ Yes
🧠 relatively for most people unless you have allergies or poor hygiene

🤔 Is it healthy?
🤷‍♂️ Yes & No
🧠 losing excess body fat will make you healthier but all they do is suppress appetite, it does not make you eat healthier & stay active

🤔 Are there side effects?
💁‍♂️ Yes
🧠 pancreatitis, nausea, vomiting, low blood pressure, fatigue etc

Overall, weight loss meds are a tool not a cure for obesity. Most people jump onto them because it’s easier and think that soon as they get to the weight they want to be they will just simply be able to maintain it.

But it is not that simple, the weight will creep back on and you will be back to blaming the *insert excuse here* for why you couldn’t keep the weight off after you just lost it all.

If you want to maintain a healthy body weight long term, you are going to need to learn your own bad habits, adopt healthy ones and start living a healthier lifestyle.

Sorry with the delay on uploading this, but this is how my Interclub went yesterday at

I was going to do my own commentary coverage on this to give some more insight of how I felt, what was going on in my head etc. Comment “YES” if you want to see that 💪🏼❤️

Overall, I felt really good in this as well as my other interclubs this year so far. In this one I was happy to find a good dance partner, someone who was experienced and technically sound.

End of the day, the purpose of an interclub is to build experience. You’re not trying to get a highlight reel, 1st round knockouts or noticed by an organisation/ sponsor 🙅‍♂️

But saying this, if you have read this far into the caption. Then what i’m announcing is that I’m ready to go that next step further in my mma journey. I’m done holding back punches, limiting the weapons I have in both striking & grappling, and I know I can work at higher pace for more than just 2x 2 minute rounds 🏃💨

So let’s do this, I’ll keep you all posted on where and when this next step will be 🔜👀

If kids are always playing “knock, door, run” when you’re cooking, then congratulations!! You have just unlocked CTE 👏🥳🤕

One of the most common questions you get when training martial arts, specifically a striking form is “aren’t you scared of CTE?”👇🏼

1. It is not just combat sports athletes that get CTE, almost all contact sports can cause this disease depending on the amount of trauma that’s caused to the brain (both the volume & intensity of brain trauma)🧠

2. The main way to avoid CTE is to train safely. There is no point trying to condition brain whether you are a professional or just someone who trains casually. However, there are exercises you can do to help reduce the likelihood of head & neck injuries. Comment “💪🏼” and I will dm you this routine👀

3. If you do ever get concussed then ensure you follow the “return-to-play” protocols. This will help athletes avoid compounding issues and give time to become fully asymptomatic 💪🏼❤️

Fruit Leather 🍉🍬

Pro’s
✅ Can do this with any fruit
✅ Can also do this with sauces
✅ Create Healthy Snacks & Sauces
✅ Battles food waste

Instructions:

📕 Blend fruit & spread over a tray with baking paper
📗 Set Oven/ Air fryer to 60 degrees Celsius
📘 Bake for 5-6 hours (until dried out)
📙 Cool for 1h and then peel off the paper
