The knowsley Slimming World on referral programme is available to anyone with a weight problem in the Knowsley postcode area OR if their GP is in Knowsley.

You maybe eligible for 12 weeks of Slimming World classes (worth £64.75) IF you haven't been a member in the last 6 months OR your health has worsened due to your weight.

3.put a 😪if you are not taking part due to zoom
4.put a 💯 if you would like to pick up from where you left with no back fees to pay/or use your countdown weeks
5.put an 🍏 if you would like to start afresh
6.put a 🍉 if you would love to join but never been a member before
7.put a 👩‍⚕️if you are an NHS worker
