Over the weekend, we hit a milestone for The Code Red Club -600+ followers! 🫶🏽

Never in a million years did I think that when I started this organisation in my second year of university, we would grow into a community of over 600 people.

Thank you to each and every one of you. Whether you’ve been here from the very beginning or you’ve only just joined us, your support genuinely means the world to me. 🫶🏼

Being able to advocate for and empower women through this platform is such a blessing. I’m incredibly grateful to have a space where I can raise awareness about this condition, share information, start conversations and, most importantly, empower others through my posts.

This is only the beginning for The Code Red Club, and I can’t wait to see where we go from here!

Thank you for every follow, like, comment, share and message. Your support truly means more than you know.

We’re so excited to announce another Ease Over Endo support group event in Liverpool📍

Living with endometriosis can often feel isolating — from navigating symptoms to feeling misunderstood or unheard. That’s why this free support group exists: to create a safe, welcoming space where you can connect with others who truly get it.

We can’t wait to see you 💋

On 21st April, I had the honour of going back to my old high school to speak to Year 11 about endometriosis.

Coming back felt like a full-circle moment for me. I first started experiencing symptoms around the age of 14/15, about 10 years ago, so being able to come back and have these conversations meant so much to me. Back then, 16 year old me would have loved to have had someone talk openly about endometriosis and to have had somewhere where I could have found support with what I was going through. That’s why I created the code red club.

Seeing so many girls come up to me afterwards, wanting to share their own experiences, was honestly so special. It’s something I’ll carry with me for a long time.

If there’s one thing I hope they took away, it’s this: just because you’re young, it doesn’t mean your symptoms and your voice doesn’t matter. You deserve to be heard, supported, and taken seriously. Learning to advocate for yourself and show yourself compassion is so important.

Thank you, Greenbank, for having me - I’m already looking forward to the next one 💛
