I want to wake something up in us all.

I will NOT TELL you what you’re feeling
I will NOT TELL you how to heal yourself,
YOU already know this.. I’m just here to hold the space. Listen, so you can hear yourself again.

I’m not a fixer, because you’re not broken.
I don’t feel like I’ve done my job if you don’t get off the bed without feeling that fire in your stomach.

Your body might feel tender, disconnected, or just exhausted. But your womb doesn’t need you to be perfectly healed to receive life!
✨Grief and hope can live in the same body, at the same time✨

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is reconnect with the womb and pelvis, where, as you know, so much emotion can be held.

I feel it’s important more time and energy needs to be given at this first appointment.
It will be 90 minutes in total, (treatment & consultation on the same day) we’ll chat and gage where your at, not just on your fertility/menstrual/womb journey but I want to check in on your emotions, mental health and how you’re physically feeling 🙏🏻
