The ‘Living Well’ bus will be visiting Sefton offering Covid boosters and the health checks and mental wellbeing support.

All sessions 10:30am to 4pm no appointment needed👇
Monday 8th June - Waitrose, Formby
Thursday 11th June - Wickes, Aintree
Friday 12th June - Asda, Bootle (Cervical screening session)
Tuesday 16th June - Asda, Bootle
Thursday 18th June - Wickes, Southport
Wednesday 24th June - Waitrose, Formby
Friday 26th June - Chapel Street, Southport

We also offer GP Extended Access appointments based at Litherland Town Hall Health Centre including evening and weekend availability, to help make appointments more convenient for our patients.

Breastfeeding Tip of the Week

1st step - Get yourself comfortable before attempting to latch baby on

A comfy mum = a sustainable comfy feed

We often see mums so focused on latching baby that they forget about themselves! Then even if baby is on perfectly, mum is left in an uncomfortable position.
Try to bring baby to you, not you to them!

If you're struggling with your positioning, pop to a group for some support from our peer supporters
