Together in Balance by Well Nest: Your Voice Shapes What Comes Next

Part Two of our survey is now open!

This is part of our ongoing conversation with you, because we’re always eager to hear what our community thinks.

So far, 207 people have taken part in Together in Balance, and now we want to know:

What would you like more of? What would you like less of? What is working well — and what could we do differently?

Be part of the community that shapes what happens next. Your feedback will directly help us improve Together in Balance and plan future activities around what our community actually wants and needs.

The survey will be open for two weeks, so please check your email and have your say.

Together we listen. Together we shape. Together in Balance.

What an August it’s been at Be Well Nest!

Travels, summertime, beach yoga, family yoga, and our brilliant Walk & Talk all the way to Hightown, with a well-earned train journey home!

It’s been busy, joyful and full of connection, movement and time together.

And there’s plenty more to come this September.

We’re starting by reuniting for Family Yoga this Tuesday at 6:30pm.

See you on the mat,
Magdalena

This is what Be Well Nest is all about: community, connection and a little bit of sandy chaos!

Today we had children, parents, grandparents and furry friends all out together, away from screens and enjoying proper time with each other.

Four and a half hours later, we had walked, talked, picnicked, stopped for two coffees, made sand angels and somehow still had energy to laugh.

A simple afternoon, but such a good one: sunshine, movement, conversations and memories made together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us.

Next Be Well Nest Walk & Talk coming soon.

With Love and Gratitude

What if the real measure of strength isn’t getting it right the first time, but refusing to stop trying?

On 3 August 2026, Polish ultra-distance swimmer Bartłomiej “Foka” Kubkowski made history, completing a swim of more than 160 km across the Baltic Sea from Sweden to Poland, spending around 55 hours continuously in the water.

But this wasn’t his first attempt.

It was his fifth.

In 2022 he swam 115 km before the weather stopped him.
In 2023 — another attempt, another weather breakdown.
In 2024 — strong currents and seasickness ended the swim.
And in 2025, after an incredible 159 km and 53 hours, he lost consciousness just 11 km from the finish.

Imagine being that close.

Then imagine coming back again.

That is where this story becomes about much more than swimming.

It’s about training when nobody is watching. Discipline when motivation disappears. Strong will when the outcome isn’t guaranteed. And having the courage to begin again after something hasn’t worked.

We often treat failure as evidence that something isn’t meant for us. Sometimes it simply means: not yet.

Progress isn’t always a straight line. Healing isn’t. Building a business isn’t. Relationships aren’t. Changing your life isn’t.

Sometimes you train.
You try.
You fall short.
You learn.
You adjust.
And you go again.

So whatever you are facing right now, remember this:

One unsuccessful attempt does not get to write the ending.

Keep moving. Keep learning. Keep showing up.

Because sometimes the difference between “I couldn’t do it” and “I did it” is simply that one person decided to try one more time.
