I LOVE a cherry tattoo, but did you know they have deeper meaning?

❤️Sensuality & Passion: A ripe, red, juicy cherry is a traditional symbol of intense desire.

❤️Innocence vs. Experience: A cherry still hanging on the branch can symbolise purity, whereas a plucked cherry symbolizes the loss of innocence.

❤️Sweetness & Abundance: The fruit can signify the joy, pleasure, and the sweet, fleeting moments of life.

Of course, it can also symbolise that you purely just liked the look of the tattoo! Tattoos don't always have to mean something if you don't want them to.

Cherries are featured on part of my bottomless sessions sheets and are available any time 🫶🏼

First tattoo for this client!

I do lots of first tattoos and the usual response is 'it wasn't as bad as I expected' so if you're on the edge, take the plunge!

I understand your first tattoo is a big deal so I want you to be comfortable & confident in your experience. Ask all the questions and bring a friend along if you need some extra support.

Love that the sun is shining ☀️ HOWEVER it is not the most ideal when it comes to tattooing.

If you are booked in this week and you're concerned about getting tattooed in this weather, particularly if you are prone to fainting/ dizziness/ etc, I am happy to rebook you if needed at no further cost.

There are some precautions we can make to help us whilst getting tattooed in hotter weather-

💛 Bring a handheld fan- I will also have my own fan blowing in the studio.
💛 Stay hydrated- before your appointment as well as bringing a drink with you to your appointment. If you forget to bring a drink please ask as I can supply glasses of water.
💛 Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment.
💛 Keep your fresh tattoo out of the sun as this can increase risk of infection as well as fade your tattoo.

Your safety and comfort is the up most priority so any concerns get in touch 🫶🏻

💛 July availability 💛

I will still be at Betsy Rosa throughout July then hoping to be moving at the end of July, ready to start tattooing at the new premises from August (more details to come soon!)

We're just finalising details with the new salon so I'm hoping I can update you all properly this week 🫶🏻
