All set up and ready for this dreamy evening session ✨

Right now, I’m creating a calm, quiet space to unwind from a loud world and soften any overwhelm…

Beginning with a grounding foot release using hot lime mitts, flowing on to a back, neck and shoulder massage with soothing lavender and neroli oils. Then easing into an advanced spa facial massage, followed by a deeply relaxing scalp massage to melt away mental tension and restore balance and harmony.

The most beautiful way to fully switch off… drift into a peaceful night’s sleep, and enjoy a calming sleepy tea to take home 🤍
