Regulations
1.General Provisions: These regulations define the rules for providing tattoo services in our studio. Using the studio's services implies acceptance of these regulations.
2.Client's Duty to Inform: The client is obliged to inform the tattoo artist about all ailments, allergies, diseases, medications taken, and contraindications to the tattoo procedure before the procedure begins. Concealing this information releases the studio from liability for any complications.
3.Booking and Deposit: A booking is confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit on the day of booking. The deposit amount will be determined individually and the client will be informed accordingly.
4.Rescheduling Appointments: The client has the right to reschedule their appointment twice. Rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. After this deadline or after the third rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited.
5.Punctuality and Accompanying Persons: The client is obliged to arrive punctually for their appointment. The presence of third parties during the tattoo procedure is not allowed, except with the consent of the tattoo artist.
6.State of Sobriety: The studio does not perform tattoos on persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
7.Sterile Conditions: The studio maintains the highest standards of hygiene and sterility. All tools are disposable or sterilized in accordance with applicable regulations.
8.Tattoo Aftercare: After the tattoo is completed, the client will receive detailed instructions on aftercare. Following these instructions is essential for proper tattoo healing.
9.Complaints: The client has the right to file a complaint in the event of defects in the tattoo, provided that the aftercare instructions have been followed. Complaints are handled individually.
10.Summary: The studio reserves the right to refuse service in case of violation of these regulations.

1.Postanowienia ogólne: Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady świadczenia usług tatuażu w naszym studiu. Korzystanie z usług studia oznacza akceptację niniejszego regulaminu.
2.Obowiązek informacyjny klienta: Klient zobowiązany jest poinformować tatuatora o wszystkich dolegliwościach, alergiach, chorobach, przyjmowanych lekach oraz przeciwwskazaniach do wykonania tatuażu przed rozpoczęciem zabiegu. Ukrycie tych informacji zwalnia studio z odpowiedzialności za ewentualne komplikacje.
3.Rezerwacja i depozyt: Rezerwacja wizyty jest potwierdzona po wpłacie bezzwrotnego depozytu w dniu rezerwacji. Wysokość depozytu zostanie ustalona indywidualnie i poinformuje o tym klient.
4.Zmiana terminu wizyty: Klient ma prawo do dwukrotnej zmiany terminu wizyty. Zmiana terminu jest możliwa do 72 godzin przed planowanym zabiegiem. Po przekroczeniu tego terminu lub po trzeciej zmianie terminu depozyt przepada.
5.Punktualność i osoby towarzyszące: Klient zobowiązany jest do punktualnego przybycia na umówioną wizytę. Obecność osób trzecich w trakcie wykonywania tatuażu jest niedozwolona, chyba że za zgodą tatuatora.
6.Stan trzeźwości: Studio nie wykonuje tatuaży osobom będącym pod wpływem alkoholu, narkotyków lub innych środków odurzających.
7.Warunki sterylności: W studiu przestrzegamy najwyższych standardów higieny i sterylności. Wszystkie narzędzia są jednorazowe lub poddawane sterylizacji zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.
8.Pielęgnacja tatuażu: Po wykonaniu tatuażu klient otrzyma szczegółową instrukcję dotyczącą jego pielęgnacji. Przestrzeganie tych instrukcji jest niezbędne do prawidłowego gojenia się tatuażu.
9.Reklamacje: Klient ma prawo do złożenia reklamacji w przypadku wystąpienia wad tatuażu, pod warunkiem przestrzegania instrukcji pielęgnacji. Reklamacje rozpatrywane są indywidualnie.
10.Podsumowanie: Studio zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy wykonania usługi w przypadku naruszenia niniejszego regulaminu.
