Prenatal Movement Course

A beautifully supportive 4 week prenatal movement course designed to help you move confidently and feel connected to your changing body throughout pregnancy.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy!
Each session will include:
* Gentle, pregnancy-safe movement and stretching
* Posture support and strengthening to support with the changing demands on the body throughout pregnancy
* Pelvic floor and core connection and strengthening
* Breathing and relaxation techniques
* Space to slow down, move mindfully and connect with your body
Classes are guided by Bella Couch - Level 3 Pre & Postnatal Coach, Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer.

£68 for the full 4 week course
