Top tip for the run-up to Christmas:
Have a digital disconnection break and focus on you, just for an hour. ✨

Step away from the scrolling, the messages, the constant ping ping ping.
Let your mind breathe. Let your nervous system exhale.
Make a cuppa, stretch, stare out the window, do nothing at all.. whatever feels good.

Just one hour of being with yourself can shift your whole day.
And honestly? You deserve that kind of care.

And just like that… we’re officially welcoming the Christmas chaos into the house 🎄✨
My kids finished school today, which means we’re moving into that magical mix of excitement, noise, snacks every 12 minutes, and wondering what day it is.

Honestly? I kinda love it.. the mess, the mayhem, the memories incoming. Although I don't love being looked at like a snack machine! How about you? When do your kids finish for Christmas? Are you already in holiday mode, or are you counting down the minutes?

This time of year can feel like one long checklist… presents, parties, planning, all the things.
But a little reminder for you, lovely:

“You don’t need to earn rest. You don’t need to tick off every box on your to-do list before you’re allowed to sit down. You deserve rest simply because you are human, and because you are carrying so much. Rest is not selfish, it’s self-preservation.”
