I can't believe I'm still struggling with restricted movement in my sacrum and lumber area after my c section 10 months ago, only now breastfeeding is slowing down, my whole back is sore and grumpy, I'm not able to practice daily, when I do not for as long as I would like, I have some kind of movement most days to keep my strong, fit, healthy and saine!

🤷‍♀️Each day is different.

Exciting news, I'm back off maternity, and readyvand excited to be back in work, my work is my passion, I adore being a mam, but also love treating people, Im blessed to be able to split my time. Thank you for your patience

Here I am setting up for Friday evening clients.

Im working
Monday's 8am to 1pm
Tues, wed, Thurs & Fri evening's
Saturday mornings.
Sundays occasionally

My Fresha app still isn't open, plese send me WhatsApp message to book.

Treatment room is available in the days for hire, evenings is possible too.

Our team of therapists are open on the fresha app to book.

Fun workshop using yoga wheels and yoga zen rings to open up tight, shoulders, backs and hips, all props are optional, can be done without if it feels to strong, chai and snack.
Ending with sound healing

What have I been up to in August....

Work, play, van trips, eating, gym, yoga, teaching, treatments being a mama, a doggy mam, a partner, a cook a cleaner, being l9ved and looked after by , family , friends, not as much sleep as I would like, not always eating the best, but surviving day by day.

Doing what's necessary in the moment is all we can do.
