I am honoured to be invited as a teacher and judge at an International Massage Championship WANTC 2026. Being able to share my knowledge, support fellow therapists and contribute to this important event means so much to me.

A passion for learning. A commitment to understanding. A purpose in caring. 🌿📚

For me, complementary healthcare has always been about looking beyond a single symptom and becoming curious about the person as a whole.

The connection between the body and mind, the nervous system, anxiety, sleep and therapeutic touch continues to be an area I feel deeply passionate about.

Every qualification, every piece of research, every person I have had the privilege to work with, and every experience along the way has encouraged me to keep learning and asking deeper questions.

This book represents something very personal to me — the desire to bring knowledge, evidence and compassionate care together in a way that is meaningful and accessible.

There is still much work ahead, but seeing the idea beginning to take shape makes me incredibly proud. 💙

This is more than a project.
It is a reflection of what I believe in as a Complementary Healthcare Practitioner.
