Self-care is so important for maintaining good mental health. We all lead busy lives in one way another, so taking time for yourself, prioritizing well-being, and engaging in activities that bring joy and relaxation can significantly reduce stress, increase resilience, and improve overall mood.

If you don't know me already, as well as practicing and teaching Reiki, I love spending time outside in nature whether that be walking with my dog or just relaxing in my garden bringing me an immediate sense of calm and inner peace. 🙏

Reiki can do the same for you and can be a valuable tool for self-care. It's a simple Japanese healing technique that can help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. By learning and practicing Reiki, you can empower yourself to address various aspects of self-care, including physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

All my Reiki courses are run from my home in Five Roads, giving you a safe and comfortable space to learn the simple teachings of Reiki. Learning Reiki could be the best gift you give yourself. ✨️

These Druid Animal Oracle Cards do not predict the future. Instead it offers ideas and suggestions that may provide you with insights into your own life or the events surrounding you so if you would like a card, then please take a few minutes to do the following.

Close your eyes, quieten your mind, take a few deep breaths and relax. If you are looking for some guidance to a specific situation then ask for this now and then when you are ready choose a number between 1 and 33 (this is the number on the card).

Leave your number (or R for random) in comments. I will then sit with the cards and message you with your card and its suggested guidance later on in the day.

The interpretations should not be read as predictions but should be used to provide words of advice, and insights into the inner dynamics behind events. The interpretations should be used to empower you, to give insights that can help you correct imbalances and create more positive outcomes.
