Robert Davies Health & Fitness opened on 24th August 2011, after months of planning, preparation & execution. The Club is named after the owner’s (Mikey) father, who passed away in October 2010. We are the only independent fitness center in Llanelli and we're proud of it. All of our memberships include:

- 48 classes to choose from

per week

- two floors of fitness equipment

- 4 class studios, including a boxing studio

- Ladies only gym

- Sauna and steam room area

- Free 1 to 1 fitness assessments

- rehabilitation programs for injuries

Our aim is to achieve your goals, we are the only fitness center in Llanelli that employ qualified instructors on a full time basis so you can get the advise or help at all times during your workout. come and give us a go, you wont regret it. Alongside the gym and pitch space there's also a whole host of rentable rooms and spaces.

The main being the old Cafe and Bar that overlooks the venue. We are looking for a quality operator to take over the space and create that community/business hub like we have in Cwmdu.

There's 6 smaller rentable rooms, salon space yoga studio and the bar all on one floor. With the plan to add some mezz floors to link the gym as pitches to the cafe space.

There's not alot to see build wise as we are on the clean up phase at the moment. Initially whilst we wait for the kit we will be building the new shower facilities we will be cracking on with the new Fitness Zoo studio within what was the old Macron store.

We will be fully kitting this out with nightclub grade lighting and sound system and fully equipped for all the Funky Pump, Bike Rox, Spin, Bars etc classes that we run across all our other venues.

A few videos in comments of one of our bag classes over the Xmas period when things should be calming down... We can't wait to bring this energy to Llanelli 🔥🚀💪🎉

Merry Xmas we hope everyone's had an amazing Xmas break.

Just a few videos to keep things moving as we head into a big 2026.

The kit and major works will take 3-4 months our end with supplier timelines and things but in the first instance we will be looking to get the big hyrox/bootcamp style classes going in what will be the main gym area and also looking to take bookings for football, rugby, netball etc teams in what was the AstroTurf space in the other section.

We have got some exciting news to wrap 2025 up with. We have officially picked up the keys for our 4th site (the former Robert Davies in Llanelli). We are buzzing to be able to bring this cracking site back to life and bring something special back to the area.

Keep your eyes peeled for the updates over the next few months and let us know of any suggestions of things that you would like to see back in the venue.

The clean up operation will happen over Xmas and initially whilst we wait for the kit build we will be starting classes, getting the football pitch back up and running and getting the former rentable spaces back open and rented.
