Bendigedig is a versatile Welsh adjective that translates to "wonderful," "fantastic," "brilliant," or "excellent" and Michelle is all of those. It can also mean "blessed" and i truly felt blessed after the session. Arrived feeling exhausted and stressed, I felt as though I literally fell through the door, what followed from Michelle was warmth, kindness, wise words and a wonderful healing session, the combination of both therapy and healing was transformative and literally left with a smile on my face and spirit lifted, thank you so much and looking forward to seeing you again for the next stage in my spiritual and wellbeing journey 🙏

Looking back through my videos I came across this one...a few years old now and centered around my mum and her lack of self worth being the cause of her ailments and finally Dis-ease = her body not at ease..🥹

Mum passed away from secondary bone cancer in July 2025, so this message returns to YOU with even more love and healing and a very strong appeal for YOU to give yourself the love YOU so freely give to others 🥰

My mum is my WHY...

Because:
YOU Matter 🤗 YOU are Worthy 😍 YOU are Enough 😘YOU Deserve to be Happy Too 😇

Spend a few minutes before YOU go to bed and write down 3 things that happened from your day which you are grateful for. Then choose 1 word from each choice and write those 3 words down too 🤔

Going to bed with an 'Attitude of Gratitude' will give YOU a peaceful sleep, 😴YOU will wake up feeling more energised, more positive and more likely to step out of your comfort zone too 💪

Happy Self Love Sunday angels 😇

We all know someone that can literally suck the life out of YOU within minutes of being in their company 🤦‍♀️

Energy dragons are everywhere 🦇they literally drag the energy around YOU down to a point that YOU actually feel the heavy negativity 🥺

Is someone is having a rant or offloading their troubles to YOU, remember to protect your energy 🖐

Imagine you are holding up a mirror and bounce that low vibration to the ground for Mother Earth to transmute to positive energy 🪞 wash your hands and imagine the heavy negativity being washed away down the drain 💦

If someone offends YOU remember it is a reflection of their behaviour not yours 🪞 choose to ‘let it go’ and free yourself from anything & anyone that brings YOU down 🙌
