Our Paddleboarding & Sauna evenings are back with three new Monday night dates at Lochwinnoch.

Perfect if you fancy learning something new, getting out on the water and then warming up in the sauna afterwards. 🙌

🏄‍♀️ SUP tuition – all abilities welcome

We’re reading Frankie by Graham Norton, another Sunday Times bestseller, before we meet on Thursday 8th October for another cosy evening of books, sauna, good chats and plenty of laughs.
Whether you’re an avid reader or just looking for an excuse to unwind and meet lovely people, we’d love to have you join us.

Yes… we’re doing it again 🥳🔥🌅

Another Summer Sauna Party!

After the lovely response to the last one, we couldn’t resist another evening of sauna, dips, pizza, kombucha, stretch & relax yoga (weather permitting), whisking and good fun.

And if you thought this was happening on a Sunday, we’re sorry! We couldn’t make the Sunday work, so it’s now Saturday 15th August, 6–9pm.

Think calm water, warm saunas, fun beats in one sauna, a social sauna in the other, and that lovely end-of-summer feeling before autumn starts sneaking in.
