Finished up the lower leg piece for William today, front and solid black side fully healed, below knee and patterned side fresh.

Started this tribal sleeve today! Covering an unwanted tattoo at the top and a couple of dates at the bottom. Drew it on and made sure client was happy with it before we started. We’ll get this finished next sitting and we’ll buzz over existing tattoos so they all look the same.

Tribute to clients cat Ethel. Laura wanted Ethel to be smoking a pipe and wearing a monocle, I drew this up, added the hat and bow tie and picture frame to make it a more interesting composition. Laura loved it so we went ahead.
There was a small existing tattoo that Laura had had removed which had left a purple ink stain so I added more purple highlights in the white patches on the cat to disguise it.
Very happy with how it turned out, we split it over two sessions so half of the tattoo is fully healed and half fresh in this pic.

A lovely couple getting each others fingerprints tattooed on the shape of a heart.
With tattoos like this, especially on the hand, a touch up may be required when healed, the lines are very thin there’s a lot of unavoidable movement on the hand, putting hands in pockets etc.
I always make sure clients knows the risks and make sure they know to message if they have any problems during healing.
With all my tattoos it’s important to know that if there are any issues or if you aren’t completely happy with it when healed to message me and we can chat about how to move forward.
