This week on Finders Friday we're shining a spotlight on Jubilee Health Centre.

🚄 The nearest train station is Wallington which is approximately 0.3 miles (7 minute walk) away..

🚌 There is a bus stop on Shotfield which is immediately outside the Jubilee Health Centre. The service route is the 151.

🚗 Jubilee Health Centre has the Shotfield Car Park located opposite the health centre. Please note that parking charges apply, and payment is required.

A huge thank you to our incredible screener, Francini, for sharing essential information about eye screening, answering questions, and conducting screenings for more than 17 individuals. The day was filled with learning, support, and a strong sense of community spirit. We are grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our community.
