The school holidays guilt is so real.

Not the "I should be entertaining them more" guilt, the one where your workout routine completely disappears and you feel yourself losing the progress you worked for.

I finally stopped trying to make gym schedules work around school breaks. Now I train at home, she joins in when she wants, and I'm not rebuilding from scratch every term.

I don't have to choose between being present and staying strong anymore.
