Many people ignore headaches and simply say, “na stress” or “it will pass.”
But frequent headaches are not always normal. They can be linked to high blood pressure, eye problems, dehydration, malaria, stress, or even serious health conditions that need medical attention.

If you experience headaches often, especially with dizziness, blurred vision, weakness, or vomiting, don’t ignore the signs.

Early check-up and treatment can prevent complications and protect your health. Your body speaks before it breaks down — listen to it.

Prioritize your health, drink enough water, rest well, and seek medical advice when headaches become frequent or severe.

Hormonal imbalance happens when there’s too much or too little of certain hormones in the body, disrupting normal functions like metabolism, mood, sleep, and reproduction. Even small changes can have noticeable effects.

Common signs include fatigue, weight changes, acne, irregular periods, hair thinning, mood swings, and difficulty sleeping. Conditions like Polycystic O***y Syndrome, thyroid disorders, and chronic stress are often linked to these imbalances.

Soon you’re going to start hearing a new name for PCOS.
PCOS= Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
PMOS= Polymetabolic O***y Syndrome

For years, we’ve called it PCOS — but that name has always been incomplete.

Polycystic O***y Syndrome isn’t just about ovaries.

It’s a full-body metabolic condition affecting hormones, insulin, inflammation, and long-term health.

Now, experts are pushing to rethink the name entirely.
Some are even using terms like PMOS (Polymetabolic O***y Syndrome) to reflect what’s really going on beneath the surface.

👉 Why this matters:
Many people with PCOS don’t actually have cysts
The biggest risks are often metabolic (insulin resistance, weight changes, cardiovascular risk)
The current name can delay proper diagnosis and treatment because
this isn’t just a reproductive condition — it’s a metabolic-hormonal disorder.
And the name change conversation?
It’s just getting started.

Watch out for my Video on PCOS. Note, I still call it PCOS for now😄

How to Prevent Cancer of Cervix, Throat and A**s.

HPV (Human Papillomavirus) spreads mainly through close s*xual contact, including oral s*x. Many people get it at some point, and in most cases the body clears it naturally. But some types can stay quietly in the body for years.

🔻 Not all HPV is dangerous
Low-risk types → can cause ge***al warts
High-risk types (like HPV-16 & 18) → can lead to cancers of the cervix, throat, or a**s

🔻 Why it can become serious
When high-risk HPV stays in the body for a long time, it can damage cells and lead to cancer. Throat cancer is especially risky because symptoms often show up late—like difficulty swallowing, neck swelling, voice changes, or bleeding.

🔻 How to reduce your risk
• Use protection (condoms or dental dams), though it’s not 100% protective
• Get the HPV vaccine
• Avoid smoking or to***co
• Don’t ignore ongoing throat symptoms—get checked early

Early awareness can save lives.
