Hi my name is Sherri and I am a personal trainer, nutritional advisor, running coach and fitness instructor. My story starts back when I used to want to be a fashion model and I suffered with body dysmorphia, so I tried every diet under the sun to get thin. After a lot of research I became aware of what worked and what didnt very quickly. In the winter of 2014 I started to have health problems tha

t made me look at the way I approached food and health. I embarked on a positive health journey and never looked back! Doing a tough mudder and becoming qualified in Nutrition, it has given me a passion to help others conquer their poor relationships with food like I did all those years ago. This is the joys of obstacle course racing (OCR)... some obstacles will be a breeze... others not so much.

Considering in training I'm actually quite good at doing things like this, I just couldn't get the momentum on Saturday!

As a few people have asked me to do a TM... Im going to get a group involved for a 5 or 15km loop in the 26/27 season.

TOUGH MUDDER INFINITY 2026

Good vibes, good fun BUT didn't quite get the results I wanted!

They made the course really hilly so that slowed me down massively... for the most part we could not run up these hills so I ran out of time to hit the 50km πŸ™ˆ

(My hamstrings also wouldn't let me πŸ˜…)

However because the course was a little bit longer, I managed to do 48km πŸ₯³πŸ₯³

Just waiting for my results to see my ranking 🀭

We WONT be going again next year because the plan is to do Worlds Toughest Mudder!!

Tough Mudder Series #1

This is where we start: lets go *running*

Keeping it very very simple for my beginners that have never ran before... even if you start with 1 minute running/1 minute walking for 5-10 minutes and then go from there.

We want to build our fitness but also our confidence and motivation.

Making things over complicated or too challenging is going to put you off your training before its even started!

This month marks 3 years teaching Reformer, 4 years since I started Reshape training and a year since I did my Dynamic Reformer course. It's also been 6.5 years since I became a soul body barre instructor, 6+ years as a PT and almost 8 years ago I did my first running coach qualification πŸ’πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ

If someone had told me 10 years ago when I did my first tough mudder that I would have a career in fitness, I would have looked at them like they were crazy.

Its been a ride but for some reason I feel like I'm just getting started!!

Last run on the 6 week challenge!

I did 25 min run with Luna, then we did a 20 min walk to wrap it up.

Fastest 5km I've done in a while, not chasing any PBs at the moment but really happy with my pace and running progress.
