Finally got creative after so long 🤯

• baked herb courgette (zucchini) over fresh rocket salad and topped with our homemade sun dried tomato pesto 🦋 Alkaline/Dr Sebi approved made with fresh organic ingredients but most importantly LOVE ✨

🧡 pumpkin/chickpea burgers 🧡

Soaked a bag of chickpeas a couple of nights ago and here’s a list of the things we made using them:

- these burgers (inspo from butternut squash fritters)
- threw some in a soup
- made a chickpea/avocado smash sandwich
- added some to the salad pictured
- made a hummus

& I think that’s all 🧐 craving falafel so that’s what will be made with the next batch we soak closer to the weekend 🥳

SULPHUR BATHS DOMINICA 🇩🇲

So many of you have been saying how much our skin has been glowing. Apart from alkaline food, spring water and sunshine… this could be another reason why.

Due to the volcanic activity on the island, Dominica naturally has not sulphur baths dotted all over. The water is hot and at times steamy. They are believed to have medicinal properties. Some benefits include: natural pain killer, great to detox the skin and relaxes your mind and body.

We went to a private one up in the Trafalgar area and also in as this was close to our Airbnb. We were grateful to have both all to ourselves 🥳

Had us feeling so smooth afterwards plus it was super relaxing.. manifesting a life where I have access to this every day 🥹🙏🏽

this is what cooking is about, using what you have. Simple flavours. No seasoning even needed because the way the produce tastes out here just blows your mind. Literally been eating whole avocados for breakfast lunch and dinner and it keeps me satisfied. We really don’t be needing all that extra crap. Go back to basics guys. Nourish yourselves from the inside out 🤍

I was out in central London today and it just makes me so sad to see the amount of people puffing on vapes, eating crappy rushed fast food and generally just looking so unhappy. I wish people would want to do better not only for themselves but for generations to come. If our page does one thing and that one thing is inspiring someone to make better choices in their life, my work here is done 🧘🏽‍♀️
