NM’s Accreditation in Switzerland 🇨🇭

CNM has graduates from different corners of the world who successfully build their careers and practice either in their home countries or move abroad. This is because CNM Diplomas are accredited in multiple countries around the globe which allows practitioners to perform their duties without restrictions!🥳

Each country has its own accreditation, especially in the field of Natural Therapies.

For example, CNM courses in Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, and Naturopathy are accredited in Switzerland, and after graduation, you will be able to apply for EMR (Erfahrungs Medizinisches Register) membership.

Erfahrungs Medizinisches Register (Switzerland) awards a quality label in the field of complementary and alternative medicine and naturopathy. The label is intended to guarantee that the therapists have completed appropriate training in their field of complementary medicine and are undergoing regular further training.

In addition, CNM’s diploma courses are approved by the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists) in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, and the EU. This means you can work and build a career in Switzerland after finishing the training with CNM!

You can find out more about the accreditation by joining us on the 26 of August for CNM’s International Open Day.

Whether you train to become a Naturopathic Nutritionist, Herbalist, or Health Coach, your first year at CNM will always begin with Biomedicine. So why is that?

💉The aim of Biomedicine is to get students to understand how the body functions, most common diseases, medical diagnostics, differential diagnostics, and red flag symptoms. This way a future practitioner understands medical conditions, especially dangerous ones, and can decide what they can treat and when to refer to a specialist.

During the Biomedicine year at CNM, we cover Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology of all body systems, Oncology, Pharmacology, Drug interactions, and Infectious diseases. 🦠

Biomedicine provides the essential foundation for naturopathic practitioners to understand the physiological, biochemical, and anatomical aspects of the human body. It teaches about the structure, function, and interconnection between organs, tissues, and systems in the body. Delving into the cellular and molecular mechanisms behind diseases such as genetic factors and biochemical imbalances helps naturopathic practitioners identify the root causes of the illnesses and develop targeted treatment plans.🔖

In addition, studying biomedicine at CNM involves integrating natural and conventional medicine. Biomedicine provides a common language for communication and collaboration among healthcare providers.

Understanding biomedicine and its principles allows naturopathic practitioners to work alongside healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and integrated patient care.

By combining the principles of naturopathic medicine with a solid foundation in biomedicine, students gain a comprehensive understanding of human health and healing. They become skilled practitioners who can offer personalised and evidence-based care to their patients.

🧑🏽‍💻If you are interested in studying with CNM or want to find out more about Diploma Courses we offer online, join us tomorrow for an Open Evening event at 5 PM UK time to find out more about the college, studies, and career opportunities after graduation.
