The 🌑 New Moon in Pisces and the 🌼 Spring Equinox arriving in the same week feels like a deep breath in and a slow breath out.
Pisces is a water sign, connected to the ocean 🌊 – that vast, cleansing space where we can let things go and trust they’ll dissolve in their own time
I always think of the sea as the original healer: we release something into the water and trust it will dissolve and transform as it needs to.No forcing, no wishing we could control the waves – just a quiet surrender to something larger than us, letting what’s heavy be carried away wave by wave.
At the same time, the Spring Equinox brings that moment of near‑perfect balance ⚖️ between light and dark, before the light slowly begins to win again.Nature is tipping toward growth: sap rising, buds swelling, days stretching a little longer… and our bodies feel it too.
For many of the women I work with, this is also when the “overheated” feeling kicks in – winter’s heaviness, richer foods and months of stress catch up with digestion, sleep and the nervous system. Along with a need to prepare ourselves for the coming months of warmth, movement and activity.
There’s a natural urge to shed the sluggishness of winter and move toward something lighter, but without slipping into harsh fixes or all‑or‑nothing thinking.
You don’t need a perfect ritual to honour this portal.A candle 🕯️ , a glass of water 💧, a few honest lines in your journal 📝 and a moment to feel the earth or sand 🌱 beneath your feet is more than enough:– Name what you’re ready to hand over to the Pisces energy of surrendering to the ocean– Choose one small shift that would bring more balance and ease into your days this spring.
This is how I’m walking into the new season too – one wave, one breath, one gentle adjustment at a time.
If you’d love some gentle support around this shift, I’ll be sharing more soon about my upcoming Digestive Masterclass and Spring Cleanse - both designed to help you’re inner season catch up with the outer one.
