Playing tennis isn’t just about perfecting your forehand or backhand—it’s also about paying attention to your nutrition. 🎾🥗

The right fuel before, during, and after your match can improve your energy, recovery, focus, and performance on court. Train hard, fuel smart, and let your nutrition work as hard as you do.

Normal people: “It’s just a game.”

Tennis players: “I need new strings, new grips, better footwork, more sleep, perfect nutrition… and maybe one more racket.” 😅🎾

🎾 Recovery starts the moment your match ends.

The first 30–60 minutes after playing is your best opportunity to refuel. This is when your muscles are ready to replenish glycogen stores and begin repairing with protein.

✅ Carbohydrates to restore energy
✅ Protein to repair muscles
✅ Fluids and electrolytes to replace what you’ve lost through sweat

A simple recovery meal or snack can help you recover faster, reduce soreness, and get you ready for your next training session or match.

Your recovery is part of your performance. 💪🎾

Keeping it classic with an all-white look, timeless elegance, and a touch of Centre Court style. 🤍🎾 Because Wimbledon isn’t just about tennis—it’s a fashion tradition.

POV: You said you’d “just have a casual hit”… and 2 hours later you’re still playing points. 🎾😂

⚡ Need a quick energy boost before stepping on court?

If your match is starting in the next 20–40 minutes, choose fast-digesting carbohydrates that can top up your energy without sitting heavily in your stomach.

🎾 Great options include:
🍯 Honey
🍓 Jam on white toast or a rice cake
🍌 A ripe banana
🥤 An energy gel (if you’ve practised using one)
🍬 A few jelly sweets or chews made for sport

These foods provide quick fuel to help you feel energised for the first points. Remember to sip water too, and always try new foods during training—not on an important match day.

Save this for your next tournament! 🎾💪

🎾 One of the best habits I’ve built as a tennis player is keeping a match journal.

After every match, I take a few minutes to reflect:
✍️ What went well.
🎯 What needs improving.
📌 One thing I’ll focus on in my next practice.

Progress doesn’t come from playing more—it comes from learning from every match. Win or lose, every time you step on court is an opportunity to grow. 💚

7:00 AM tennis… because sleeping in doesn’t improve your backhand. 🎾☀️

😴 Little sleep hacks that can make a big difference:

🌙 Close your blackout blinds to keep your room as dark as possible.
📱 Switch your phone to Night Mode in the evening to reduce blue light exposure.
✨ Keep a consistent bedtime and give your brain time to wind down.

Small habits, repeated every night, can help improve your sleep quality and leave you feeling more refreshed for training, work, and everyday life.
