Rosanna Julia Head is a registered yoga teacher having been practicing yoga (hatha, yin and vinyasa) for 8 years, and in 2023 graduated as a yoga teacher from Kashish Yoga, Palolem, South Goa, India. She is accredited with Yoga Alliance and has insurance health and wellness insurance with Hiscox. Rosanna is also a Nutrition Advisor Dip N.adv offering general advice on wellness, diets and lifestyle (but not most supplements) to help maintain optimal health. Rosanna is trained to provide therapeutic advice for lifestyle symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, stress, anxiety, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels, and not specific health disorders such as diabetes and cancer.

๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ I start each day here in my Shala moving, meditating, breathing and practicing itโ€™s a powerful and much needed start to my day. Being in South London I make provision and space for what matters as best I can and I love it.

๐ŸŒŽ Sometimes in life we have to focus on getting the bills paid and for me that meant having to put a hold on my health, wellness and yoga teaching

๐Ÿ’š For me my health, fitness, wellness and yoga practice is everything and when that slips I do a bit, itโ€™s hard to keep things level, so Iโ€™m reaching deep down back into my practice and knowledge to start at my beginning - where I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago at a little library in Herne Hill and the years I spent visiting and writing about yoga retreats and then my wonderful time in ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ India travelling and doing my teacher training, and spending time with people who I had wonderful real connections with and those who were very welcoming and inspiring .india and and the lovely opportunity I had to teach .

I miss teaching - so Iโ€™m starting to reach out again to find spaces to teach, practice and offer my learnings and practice - and I will do so again at my beautiful in built by my wonderfully talented partner

๐Ÿ“– I will continue my leaning on meditations, the paths of yoga and doing my bit within the belief of the eight limbs of Patanjali - always with me, and my slight fascination with Indian mythology so I start my journey here today again.

๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŽค Itโ€™s not about the place or the clothes we wear or who we practice with -itโ€™s about you and your practice and your space and your meditation time.

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Always find a space in the day to be with the self, it will thank you for it.

๐ŸŒŽ Over the years my practice has taken me to so many wonderful places and spaces and this may might be the best Iโ€™ve used ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŽคโœจ๐ŸŒžโ˜€๏ธ
