No wonder quitting smoking feels like depriving yourself of everything you enjoy!

And so, of course, you keep going back. Just like I used to.

That was BEFORE shifting my focus from the external to the internal.

When all you do is avoid triggers (ci******es, smokers, wine, coffee…), you’re setting yourself up for failure. 🚫

Because guess what? Life will happen.

Instead, when you shift internally, you take back control.

That’s how I quit for good 3 years ago, and it’s exactly what I help my clients do, using a cutting-edge method that works rapidly.

💬 Comment SHIFT if you’re ready to rewire your mind and become a happy nonsmoker, and I’ll DM you a link to book a free Breakthrough Call.

You’re not really addicted to ni****ne! Your brain has been using ci******es as a shortcut to feel good.

Lady boss, when you smoke, your brain releases these yummy hormones:

👉 Endorphins (pain relief & stress reduction)
👉 Dopamine (pleasure & motivation)
👉 Serotonin (mood stabilization)
👉 Oxytocin (connection & bonding)

That’s why ci******es feel sooo comforting!

The problem is…
It’s an artificial and temporary fix. Once the ni****ne wears off, you’re left needing another hit—and another one, and another one...

But hey, you can give your brain these same feel-good hormones naturally in so many different ways—WITHOUT the cravings or withdrawal that come with smoking.

I get so much more joy and pleasure doing these things that support my feel-good hormones naturally. There's no reason for me to wanna go back to the artificial way!

So you’ve decided to quit smoking and don’t know where to start?

First off, good for you, boss lady 🥳. I’m SO stoked you’re taking the first steps toward freedom and a healthier you!

But before you do, I’m going to hit you with some real talk and helpful info that my clients and I have found can be invaluable} and that is ⬇️…

5 things I did BEFORE quitting smoking.

And why I think these steps will be helpful to you?

Is because they set the stage for a smoother transition, put you back in the driver’s seat, and support your nervous system to reduce stress.

And all that, my friend, sets you up for success.

Let’s dive in!

1️⃣ Set a quit date
Choosing a date makes it real: it makes you shift from a vague intention to a real commitment. Pick one within 2 weeks—long enough to prepare, but not so long you talk yourself out of it.

2️⃣ Write down your WHY
Spend 30–60 minutes digging deep. Ask yourself why at least 7 times—peeling back the layers like an onion. You’ll emotionally connect to your deeper WHY throughout the transition, making it easier to stay on track.

3️⃣ Use “pattern interrupts”
Smoke with your other hand, change brands, buy from a different shop... These small disruptions weaken the autopilot mode of smoking, making it easier to detach from the habit.

4️⃣ Pick a person to call if you experience cravings
Tell a friend, coach, or fellow nonsmoker your plan so you can reach out if you need to talk it out (HINT: don't pick a smoker!).

5️⃣ Clear your environment
The night before D-day: clear out lighters, ashtrays, and cigarette packs from your home, car, office... A smoke-free environment removes visual triggers and helps break the habit faster.
