Our team are looking forward to joining other health and wellbeing partners in promoting wellness this summer. We hope to see you there!

Next stop, Isle of Dogs! ☀️

We’ve been to Bromley by Bow and Poplar, and now we’re heading down to Island House Community Centre for our third Summer of Wellbeing Festival.

Join us on Wednesday 12 August for an afternoon of things to try, people to meet and ways to feel good.

Our co-hosts at Island House are bringing along regular session leaders Lindsay Megan Markovits, Yogini Sarah and Old Skool Aerobics for taster sessions to boost your mood, help you relax and then get you moving, 80s style! 🎶🪩

You’ll also find local organisations to chat to, with plenty of chances to discover activities, groups and support available in the area.

We’ll be joined by Alzheimer's Society, Tower Hamlets Council Community Navigators, Family Action, Healthwatch Tower Hamlets, Healthy Island Partnership, Tower Hamlets Idea Stores, Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge, NOCLOR, QMUL Stop Smoking Services, Social Action for Health, TH Public Health Team, Felix, East London Recovery College, Trapped in Zone One, Urban Unity Network, Access Sport, DLR Keolis Group and more!

Free to attend. No need to pre-register. Just turn up anytime between 12 and 3pm.

Full details at tinyurl.com/SOW-26 or click the link in our bio.

Complete a quick survey when you arrive and collect a lunch ticket, while stocks last (first 250 people). 🥙

Come along and join us for a cuppa and some gardening Monday 10th August. All is welcome 🙂

🎾 55 days to Wimbledon… but this isn’t about being match-ready.

Our *Community Tennis for Health* sessions are back from *11 May* — designed for people who aren’t used to being very active but want to give something new a try.

It’s gentle, friendly, and there’s a coach there to support you at your own pace. No pressure to be “good” — just come along, move a little, and see how it feels. 💙

📍 Poplar Recreation Ground
🗓️ Mondays (11 May – 20 July)
