⭐ From nearly a year of heel pain… to pain-free
This is why patient feedback means so much to us.
Ian had been struggling with Plantar Fasciitis (persistent heel pain) for nearly a year. The first few steps every morning were particularly painful, and despite trying exercises and shoe inserts, the problem continued.
After discussing his options, we decided to introduce a course of Shockwave Therapy alongside appropriate rehabilitation and load management.
After completing 4 sessions, Ian shared:
“Shortly after my last session I realised that all pain and discomfort had gone and it has not returned… I cannot speak highly enough of Anil and the shock-wave treatment that he uses.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Ian, for taking the time to share your experience.
Every patient responds differently, and Shockwave Therapy isn’t a quick fix or suitable for everyone. But for the right patient with persistent tendon or heel pain, it can be a valuable part of a structured rehabilitation programme.
At 3RCLINIC London, we use Shockwave Therapy as part of a specialist MSK approach for conditions including Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendinopathy, Tennis & Golfer’s Elbow, Patellar Tendinopathy and selected shoulder tendon problems.
If your heel pain keeps coming back, or you’ve been told to simply rest and wait, it may be worth understanding why it is persisting and what can be done differently.
