Good for the soul as well as my pelvic floor!

A long overdue appointment and catch up (my fault!) with the amazing

I'm so thankful I did my research to find such a gem of a pelvic physio! After reading Beating Endo and The Doctor Will See You Now, I wasn't convinced pelvic physio was a thing in the UK especially internal work... until I discovered Emma πŸ™Œ

Things to consider when choosing a pelvic phsio:
πŸ’› how long have they been qualified as a physiotherapist?
πŸ’› do they do internal pelvic treatment too?
πŸ’› do they have a specialist area of focus?
πŸ’› do they have any other qualifications?
πŸ’› do you like the person? (Super important for such a personal treatment)

A great opportunity for any community groups to apply for a grant!

πŸ“£ Exciting News! Our Customer and Community Fund is now live until July 18, 2025.

This fund is all about supporting local projects that enhance lives and unite communities. It's available to customers, charities, community groups, and not-for-profits working for positive change in their area. If you're passionate about making a different in your local community, we'd love to hear from you!

This year's focus is enhancing connectivity and reducing social isolation.

We have a fund size of Β£200k, with available grants ranging from Β£2,500 to Β£20,000.

Here are two of the fantastic charities we supported last year through our funding.

πŸ§’ Special Needs Under Fives helps children ages two to five with special needs while providing volunteer opportunities in Bolton.

πŸ’™ Extra Time offers mentoring workshops for older individuals re-entering the workforce, boosting confidence and essential skills for paid jobs or volunteer roles.

Two years ago I had avocado and beetroot on toast for lunch in a former public toilet before going for my 4th IVF embryo transfer, my first frozen transfer ❄️

I'm forever thankful to that my transfer took and became my only little miracle.

I created Community Interest Company to offer a FREE website signposting to other incredible sources of information relating to women's health, in particular with a fertility perspective. I now also host a monthly Endometriosis support meetup locally in Harrogate and can be joined virtually anywhere in the world! I have days when I question if it helps anyone and if there's a better way I can help others have a more positive fertility journey but today is a day I remember even if it helps 1 person it's worth it!

Sending love and hope to anyone on their own journey 🌈

At this week's Endometriosis support meetup, we used the app to compare various products to see how their ingredients rated from 0 to 100 and it was shocking to see some big expensive brands with very low scores!

Some of my personal favourite brands that have cleaner, lower toxic ingredients include:

Throughout my journey with both Endometriosis and infertility, it became more important for me to understand what is in the products I use, and I'm always on the lookout for exciting new things!

Next month will focus on skincare including sunscreen, deodorants and period products on Monday 23rd June.

It's just one of the products we'll be looking at on Monday at the Harrogate Endometriosis support meetup which you can also join virtually if you can't make in person.

A quick post about me - hello! πŸ‘‹

I'm Kim and I created Positility Community Interest Company as a not for profit to help other warriors following my own infertility, IVF, and loss journey.

🌐 My FREE website signposts you to other helpful resources focused on specific categories.

I'm NOT a medical professional or a counsellor, therapist or advisor.

πŸ’› I host a monthly Endometriosis support meetup group, bringing together anyone with or suspected to have Endometriosis, as well as anyone wanting to learn more about it or how better to support someone with it. Unfortunately it's not free as I have costs to cover but all proceeds go right back into the business so I can keep hosting it.

I'd love to hear about you and where you are on your own journey ✨️
