Nervous system balance has become one of my biggest priorities - both within my clients and within myself 🤍
In a world full of rush, deadlines, overstimulation and constant stress, I’ve noticed that this year I spend more and more time talking about ways to support the nervous system… sometimes even more than explaining the importance of organic or locally grown foods 🫣
Healing stopped feeling so overwhelming when I realised it wasn’t about doing more, restricting more, or “fixing” myself harder.
It is all about creating safety in my body again. Which meant:
sleeping earlier
eating enough
slowing down
morning daylight
less scrolling
more grounding
more nourishment
more softness
more boundaries
A regulated nervous system changes everything:
digestion, hormones, energy, mood, blood sugar, sleep and how we experience life itself. 💓
