A few of my clients and friends have mentioned they get their vitamins from Holland and Barrett as they think it is a good trustworthy source.

Unfortunately it can be misleading. Although some products you find in there can be good most of their own brand vitamins contain lots of nasties and fillers that the body struggles to filter and maltodextrin has been proven to destroy gut micro biome.

There are lots of places to buy vitamins without the rubbish in them. If you buy from Amazon and type no fillers or binders there are lots on offer.

Just check the ingredients to make sure and they don’t need to be expensive. I have circled the offending ingredients to look out for 🙌

If you are looking for a natural healing method for yourself, family or friends then join me for the first teachings of Reiki. The first beginner teachings is known as Shoden where you receive attunements and learn how to work with energy.

For those wishing to progress to the next level, this is called “Okuden” and delves deeper into the practise. This is also a practitioner level. These are the dates I have left for this year on my courses. Three months wait is required between each level so there will be more courses next year.

You will receive a certificate for each level.
