I had a powerful attiunemenr to the Reilki symbols today on the path towards training to be a Reiki Master/teacher and was blown away by the profound impact they had on my consciousness

Deepening the spacious awareness and softening the heart space
Grounding the body/mind and healing emotions

Creating space for connection, abundance, joy and compassion
To flow effortlessly like the river..

Overcoming blocks not by pushing but surrendering
To the mighty ocean, the source of it's existence.
And the eternal light that shines forever.

I can't wait to share this beautiful heaing energy in a deeper way to support, nourish & restore those who need it or are drawn to it's kind & gentle power 💫🌸💕

'Space to Breathe' is a monthly community meditation session held The Hare and the Moon - Spiritual, Wellness & Creative Hub on Twickenham Green on Frudays at 4.30.

It is an invitation to come and rest within, to let go of worry & stress and cultivate inner peace & resilience.

We will do simple practices using body awareness, breath, movement, kindness & compassion to help

Ground the body
Soften the breath
Regulate emotions
Calm the mind
Open the heart
Reset the nervous system

You will leave feeling more nourished and balanced, and feel a deeper connection to yourself. You will also learn simple tools that can be practised at home to ease stress, anxiety and improve overall well-being.

Had a lovely time doing Intuitive Tarot & Chakra readings & making new meanigful connections.

It was great to share space with an amazing group of people with passion, purpose & beautiful offerings, coming together to promote well-being and highlight it's value.
