I’m a psychologist, but I don’t encourage using therapy as your #1. What??

Therapy sits as the 8th Sephira in the tree of life. Which means there are 7 other spheres- emotions, beauty, strength, wisdom….dimensions of yourself that therapy doesn’t reach.

It doesn’t make therapy bad. Just incomplete.

Most people get stuck at the therapy stage, at Hod. They understand their patterns but can’t shift them. That’s the sign that it’s time to go higher…to use a stronger tool.
