A little known part of what I offer is corporate wellbeing sessions for teams and organisations

They’re tailored to your teams needs and can include a mix of breathwork, movement, meditation, auricular acupuncture, and yoga nidra, whatever feels most supportive we can discuss the format.I offer both ongoing sessions (more practical and skills-based, like learning the foundations of optimal breathing) as well as one-off experiences that create space for deep rest and reset.

Among the sessions I’ve hosted these past months, this one felt really special for a bright, inspiring team working in tech, and I also got to discover a new venue just round the corner from my practice . Such a lovely space,and team that were so accommodating.

The Grounded Breath Session
19th December • Friday • 7:40pm

A small, intimate circle where we gather the breath, drop into the body, and reset the system. You’ll receive ear acupuncture to power the breathwork and deepen the effects (or ear seeds if you prefer). We’ll close with a grounding Ayurvedic tea blend formulated to bring you back into yourself.

Important note:
This is not Holotropic or conscious connected breathwork. This session is designed to help you become aware of your natural breathing patterns, shift them gently, and learn practical grounding techniques. If you’re looking for a big dopamine hit, this won’t be your session , this is a slow, steady nervous-system reset.

Such a simple yet powerful word for a simple yet powerful practice.

I often get asked: What will I learn in a breathwork session?

You unlearn. You connect. You relearn.

Breathwork, like meditation, should be taught everywhere—schools, offices, homes, community spaces. When we breathe with awareness, we become more empathetic, more resilient, more open. We navigate challenges with grace. We understand instead of react.

The world shifts when we learn to hold space for ourselves and others. And we know we need more of that.

Breathwork, the practice of consciously controlling one’s breath, has been shown to positively influence brain function and emotional regulation, thereby enhancing empathy and social connections.

Enhancing Emotional Regulation: Engaging in controlled breathing exercises activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. This activation helps regulate the amygdala, the brain region responsible for processing emotions, leading to improved emotional control and resilience. Regular practice of breathwork can result in increased mindfulness and a calmer mental state, which are essential for empathetic interactions.

👋 Feliz año, everyone! I’m back from a long break away in 🇪🇸 🇲🇦 , where the slower pace and time in nature gave me space to reconnect—with family, with myself, and with what matters.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily grind, moving from one thing to the next without stopping to notice how you’re feeling. Ayurveda teaches that balance is key, and I realized I’d been overusing my energy without properly replenishing it. Stepping away allowed me to rest, reflect, and realign—not just to recharge, but to truly assess what I need to feel balanced and whole.

This January isn’t about rushing into goals for me,it doesn’t feel natural in the middle of winter—it’s about slowing down, planting seeds for spring—intentionally, with care. This year, I’m focusing on creating more space for rest,nourishment,creativity and growth.
