A closer look at a case I’ve shared before 👇

One of the biggest principles that guides my treatment approach is building a strong foundation before adding volume.

This is where biostimulators such as Sculptra can be incredibly valuable. Sculptra helps improve the underlying support and structure of the skin, creating a better foundation for any future treatments.

When the foundation is stronger, filler can be used more strategically and conservatively, allowing us to enhance rather than overfill.

We’re currently underway an extensive, multimodality, multi-plane, staged treatment plan.

I won’t share the before + after results until I finish my full plan. I’m a perfectionist so I don’t like posting until I see how far I can take things. I think by the end of the year, but it will be worth the wait. She already looks fantastic and we’re only at stage two of my plan 😍

5-5-5 massage post Sculptra. Five minutes, five times a day, five days. We counsel every patient on this. But the most critical massage is the one we do in the room, immediately after placement. Most practitioners are not timing themselves. A simple adjustment that can make a huge difference.

We know the pressure needed and we know the exact tissue plane placed into. Nobody is better positioned to distribute that product correctly than us.

Set a timer. It’s feels longer than you realise!

Veins around the eyes can be annoying! They make the eyes appear darker and are hard to cover with concealer.

With our Excel V+ vascular laser these can be easily treated. To do so, I usually have to use intraocular eyeshields (metal shields in the eye)- safety first!

It is a completely safe procedure and the results in the video will improve, as clearance usually takes 6 weeks. I will review her in 6-8 weeks and carry out any final touch ups.

🟣PICO GUMS🟣

This patient came to see us having previously had surgical gum depigmentation at her dentist to treat pigmentation caused by smoking. The procedure initially gave a good result, but the pigmentation returned, patchy and uneven across the gum tissue.

We used our SmartPico laser to carry out a targeted pigmentation treatment, performed by our skin therapist Eva. The laser selectively destroys melanin within the tissue without the need for surgical removal, and can be repeated if necessary.

The result was excellent, and the patient was very happy with the outcome.
