SCHEDULE:
Saturday 7th May
Irene Cena: “Origins of support” A movement perspective on our early development and what it can tell us about our current patterns of support.
Mark Rietema: “Re-Centre” In this class we will explore our sense of centre, supported by our periphery, through touch and movement to then take this into relation, dance and play with others.
Tanja Koenig: “Face to face” The session involves playing and exploring with proximity, distance and connectivity in yourself and others. Drawing, moving and writing enable you to find your ease in connection with the outer and inner world.
Sunday 8th May
Karin Fisher-Potisk: “Warming into our Presence and Availability” A movement practice, exploring how to engage our fluid ground tone, which can express through our muscles into full bodied, easeful action.
Marina Tsartsara: “Breath of life” Drawing as a tool for studying, embodying and having a dialogue with internal sensations, relations, forms and rhythms. A short visit to nature nearby will also take place.
Aki Omori & Anne-Marie Zulkahari: “Making Connections” Giving and receiving of touch, revitalising the fluidity in our tissues, connecting the whole body.
Andromeda Graziano: "Self and Performance" An exploration of self: who am I, what do I portray to the world, where does this stem from within your body, how does it move you, how do you move it, and why?
