Before and after lip enhancement.
The aim here was not transformation, but refinement. The patient already had a naturally well-shaped lip structure, but wanted more lateral volume. So the focus was on subtle, controlled improvements.
A small amount of filler was used to:
• add gentle volume without overprojection
• better define the Cupid’s bow and support the corners or the mouth
• improve the ratio between upper and lower lip
• smooth the lip contour and restore hydration
The result is a natural outcome that respects the patient’s anatomy while enhancing harmony across the lower face. The lips appear more structured, fuller and more hydrated, contributing to an overall refreshed and rejuvenated look.
This is a good example of how conservative treatment can elevate existing beauty, rather than alter it.
