Primal moves was the first studio to welcome me into their space to teach yoga at after I moved back to the city of Melbourne. Not only did I meet some amazing people I was introduced to animal flow, a new
movement based practice that I fell in love with.

I felt more people needed to know about this beautiful practice so what better way to spread the word than tomake a video ;)

The story behind the media.

I received the coffee starter kit as a Christmas present and absolutely loved it. So much so that I reached out to .nootropics and they kindly sent me fresh kit so I could make this video. I wanted to create a video for a product that I used and enjoyed. Coffee is ritualistic and something that a lot of people are passionate about, it is them joy and life. I wanted the video to be playful yet have an element of focus. I included a lot of sensory audio elements in the video to really give the video a ‘feeling’.
