✨ Join Us for a Soul-Nourishing Retreat in Spain (3–10 June 2026) ✨
If you’ve been feeling the call to pause, reconnect, and immerse yourself in deeper wellbeing, we’d love to invite you to something truly special.
Join us from 3–10 June 2026, in the peaceful surroundings near Málaga, Spain, for a transformational yoga and wellness retreat — a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself. This experience is designed not just as a getaway, but as a way to bring lasting balance and awareness into your everyday life.
🌿 This retreat is an invitation:
• To integrate the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Kalarippayattu into your everyday life
• To cultivate mindful daily habits
• To align with your natural circadian rhythm
• To reconnect with your breath
• To stay focused and maintain a clear mind
• To let your food be your medicine
• To draw inspiration from the purity of nature
• To build strength and balance in your body
✨ What’s included:
• Daily exercise: yoga with traditional Surya Namaskar, Kalaripayattu & Pranayama
• Ayurveda workshops & cooking sessions
• Daily Agni Hotra fire ceremony
• Delicious home-made Ayurvedic vegetarian food
Alongside these experiences, you’ll enjoy meditation, time in nature, and connection within a warm, supportive community of like-minded souls.
📍 The retreat is located around 70 km (approximately a one-hour drive) from Málaga Airport. Airport transfers are available upon request, and affordable flights to Málaga are widely available from most UK and European airports.
🌸 We now have only 2 spaces remaining, so if you feel called, we recommend securing your place soon.
Whether you’re seeking rest, clarity, or deeper connection, this retreat offers a meaningful reset for body, mind, and spirit.

Happy Akshaya Tritiya to everyone! 🌞✨

Today is a sacred and highly auspicious day, symbolizing everlasting prosperity and positive beginnings. The word *“Akshaya”* means “never diminishing,” reminding us that the good deeds, prayers, and generosity we offer today are believed to bring lasting blessings, growth, and abundance in life.

On this day, we can perform puja, give charity, start new ventures, or buy gold and valuables as a way of inviting blessings of wealth, health, and harmony into the home. It is also a beautiful opportunity to cleanse the mind with gratitude, kindness, and compassion toward others.

Wishing everyone an Akshaya Tritiya filled with light, love, and endless blessings. May your journey ahead be as bright and imperishable as this sacred day! 🙏✨

Today is Dhanteras when we celebrate the birth of Lord Dhanvantari, the divine physician and God of Ayurveda, who emerged from the ocean carrying the nectar of immortality during Samudra Manthan. The festival honors health (through Dhanvantari), wealth (through Goddess Lakshmi), and abundance (through Lord Kubera). The name itself is derived from Dhan (wealth) and Teras (the thirteenth lunar day).

Happy Dhanteras and Diwali to everyone 🙏🪔🪔🪔
