Fridays just got very chilled. Unwind from your week with these early evening sessions at Spin and Workout. You can pick sessions with a range of amazing teachers. This week it is Martha, starting at 5.45pm. My next Friday class is on 19th June.

Our Friday Wind Down Yoga sessions are the perfect way to ease into your weekend. Slow, calming, and designed to leave you feeling restored.
🕔 Fridays at 5:45pm in The Studio at Spin And Workout, entrance located off Lampmead Rd.

• 8th May – Junior
• 15th May – Em Harris Yoga (Partner class)
• 22nd May – Martha

👉 You’ll need to book directly with Emma
👉 Class packs/memberships can still be used, you just pay a small additional fee when booking directly with Emma, and we'll deduct a pass from your S&W credits.
