Movement doesn’t always need a shape. 🌷

Sometimes it becomes yoga, sometimes it becomes dance, sometimes it’s just my body remembering it was never meant to stay still in one way for too long.

I let my breath lead. I let the floor support me when I need it, and the air catch me when I rise.

No performance, no outcome. just movement moving me. ✨😁💫

Amazing 📷by . Thank you as ever 🙏🏽💕

Eka Pada Rajakapotasana. Short how-to video. 😉

A shape that asks for patience, breath, and a willingness to soften into the movement.

If you’re looking for a deep heart opener and back stretch, look no further. And maybe also a little closer inward. ☺️💕🌟

Sometimes the smallest adjustment changes everything.
A softer jaw.
A steadier breath.
A little less gripping, a little more listening.

A tiny shift can completely change the experience of a pose, and maybe more than that. 😉💕

A profound teaching I keep returning to in practice, especially when things feel messy, unsteady or unclear.

We don’t always need more effort.

Sometimes we just need to follow the breath a little more closely, and let everything else reorganise itself from there.

Soft attention. Steady breath. The body follows. 💫😊❤️

Thanks for the lovely 📷

Come for the stretch and stay for the magic. 😊✨

Join me for a Dharma Yoga inspired flow at Notting Hill

Mondays at 5.30pm
Thursdays at 5.45pm

We’ll move like water, build a little fire, explore the sweet spot between strength and softness, and leave feeling a little more alive. 🔥💫🌹

Chair Pigeon Pose feels surprisingly generous. 😁✨

The hips soften, the spine releases, the breath has somewhere to go.
Not dramatic, not force. Just a gradual unwinding, one exhale at a time. 💚💜🩷

A good reminder that adjusted versions of poses aren’t “less than” the full expression.

Support doesn’t dilute the practice. Sometimes it’s what allows the body to truly arrive in it. 💫🧘🏽‍♀️

Today I’m playing around with Tripod Headstand entries and exits. No strict script, just tuning in with what’s there. 😊 💕🌷

What’s a movement or pose you’ve been exploring lately, something that feels more like curiosity than achievement? 👇🏽

Step in, root down, rise up. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌟⬆️

Virabhadrasana I builds heat through the lower body, opens the chest and shoulders, and invites you to lift up while grounding down.

This pose is about effort, but also direction.

A sense of moving forward, even when staying still.

Powerful, yes. But also very centering. 💫🕉️🙏🏽

Thanks for the lovely 📷

Vinyasa flowing today?

What does that look like for you?

Slow and spacious, or building a little heat? Maybe steady, or soft and curious?

Same shapes, different feeling - or something completely new.
Your flow, your pace, your rhythm.

Meet your practice where you are today, my dear yogis. ✨🥰🌷

So much of our days pulls us in, forward, down, tight.

And then you give your spine some space. 💫💕
Length. Twist. Bend.
Move in ways it quietly asks for.

That’s where things shift. There’s more room to breathe. More ease in how you stand, sit, move. Even how you feel.

That’s something I love about Dharma Yoga - it gives the spine loads of freedom, again and again. ❤️🌷

If your body’s been asking for a reset, this might be it.
