I don’t usually follow a trend. So I decided to do the ‘kinda chic’ post that was just about me and a bit tongue in cheek rather than the work related posts.

Unfortunately I can no longer attend IMCAS China and deliver two presentations. Withdrawing from a congress is a very last resort for me, as I understand the planning that goes into the program, so I do apologise for the inconvenience. I’m appreciative of the opportunity and hope to attend in 2027.

The boy who cried wolf!

Yes, posting about a controversial topic may initially get eyes on you, however long-term it will become ‘the norm’ as far as your viewers are concerned and will stop working.

It’s far better to develop a strong USP so you don’t need to rely on ever-escalating posts and scandals to attract viewers.
